About Us
Our goal is to provide professional health care in a respectful and timely manner.  I strive to spend quality time with patients getting to know them to understand their health care needs.  Getting to know our patients well is vital in fully understanding their health care needs and then treating their illnesses and medical abnormalities.

Cynthia is highly skilled and experienced in providing both nursing and medical care to individuals, families and groups of all ages.  Her specialty areas are family practice and women’s health.  She is able to diagnose and manage both acute and chronic illness, write prescriptions and order diagnostic tests.  She helps patients develop a personal health care plan to improve their health and promote a healthier lifestyle.  Her emphasis is on health promotion and disease prevention and she works in collaboration with MD’s, therapists and a variety of health professionals in Heber, Orem, Park City, and Salt Lake to provide the best care for her patients.

Nurse Practitioners are registered nurses with advanced education.  Most NP’s are prepared at the Master Degree level and many have doctorate degrees.

Cynthia Campbell received her Master Degree at the University of Utah in 1984 and has been a nurse practitioner for 25 years.

Nurse practitioners treat patients of all ages, genders, and medical conditions.  The core philosophy of Spring Creek Family Practice is to provide individualized patient care.  Cynthia Campbell focuses on her patients’ overall condition including how their illness will affect their own lives as well as the lives of each family member.  She does this through wellness programs, disease prevention, and patient education.  This typically results in less expensive treatments and fewer prescriptions.  Educating patients about their health choices and encouraging them to participate in their own health care decisions is fundamental in the individualized care provided by Cynthia Campbell.
